Season 3 of the Venture Bros. is out on DVD (and Blu Ray for those of you with PS3’s or way too much money for your own good) and it’s well worth the price.
The Venture Bros. is a great show that started as a simple parody of Jonny Quest but grew into so much more. In the action/comedy vein, the show spoofs many pop culture (especially geek culture) favorites, from spy movies to comic books to other cartoons.

If you like comedy, over-the-top humor, sly wit, parodies . . . heck, I can’t think of a reason for you to not check out The Venture Bros. So go check it out!
Jim Yoho is the owner of In Genre, Wausau Comics, and JAY Entertainment and he maintains the site as well as adding the occasional article or review of his own. He often goes by Merin online, from way back in the BBS days of dial-up modems even.
