That movie had a ton of problems, but one of the biggest ones for me was just how much of a bitch MJ was for no real reason. I never really liked the character, but when she acted like that I sure as Hell couldn't get behind Peter when he started trying to fight to save her or whatever. I'm glad to see Raimi finally fighting back on the executive meddling. From my understanding the third movie was actually envisioned as two separate movies, which would have been great, I think. But jamming them together just made it into such a jumbled mess.
