Men in Tights Reviews: Krazybov #4

KRAZYBOV #4

by Stella, Nik Neocleous, Ononwae Batara, Joie Simmons, Adam Wilson, Beatus Vir, Knut Knutsen, David Windett, Elvis Brillotto, Rafael Wambier dos Santos, Kewber Arruda, and Harley Price

As you can most likely tell from the insanely long list of credits above, this is an anthology title.

Also, it’s a good anthology title.

Also, it’s a good anthology title that’s FREE for download!

There are stories about aliens here, manga-style stories about teenage action heroes, good old-fashioned adventure stories — anything you can ask for, really. The comic is black-and-white, which won’t be everyone’s cup of tea, but the art is great, though varied in style, throughout. The writing is generally good, with only a few stories with awkward or stumbling dialogue.

There are no bad stories here, surprisingly. There are stories that stand out among the pack (“Grey Days”, by Nik Neocleous, and “Rooftop Battle”, by Adam Wilson and Beatus Vir spring to mind immediately). Everyone who acquires this comic is sure to find at least one story they’ll like, and as the series continues there’s sure to be more great stories.

You can download every issue of Krazybov so far at krazybov.com, where you can also order a print copy subscription and pay only shipping and handling.

Reeeeeeaaaaaadd it!
