Clone Wars Season 5 Teased at Comic-Con

After being surprisingly impressed with Season 4 of Star Wars: The Clone Wars after mostly giving it up after Season 3, I’m actually looking forward to the new season starting again in the fall. Among the news announced at their Comic-Con panel: no Boba Fett this year, Obi-Wan gets put through a lot of grief, the Mandalorians get more to do, and obviously, plenty of Darth Maul. (That last bit I’m less than enthused for, as stated in my review of last season, given their tendency to give Darth Maul monologues.) Still, I’ll be watching and blogging about it, as always, and here’s a preview clip:

Benton Sartore has been reading comic books off and on since his age was in single digits, and playing RPGs since college. He enjoys a variety of comic books, TV shows, and movies, and he's a little too proud of his DVD collection. And for some stupid reason, he can't let go of Star Wars, no matter how much dumb stuff the franchise does. Benton is also an acting editor at In Genre.
